Our vision is that Incident Response is a highly specialized field that requires extreme focus. We have seen in practice that there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of efficiency and throughput times. Because incidents are never planned, many traditional companies choose to offer it as an additional service. In our view, this makes these parties less independent and less focused. Call us crazy, but we think that Incident Response is possible as a business model, precisely by putting all the focus on it.

Joeri Blokhuis and Rickey Gevers have been working in IT for a combined 35 years, performing Incident Response for various companies for the last 15 years. With the experience and knowledge that both they gathered during this period, they started Responders.NU.
